A cooperation between Literaturautomat Basel and Cartoonmuseum Basel - Centre for Narrative Art

Curated by Anette Gehrig and Lisa Grenzebach, six artists were invited to create a story about small, everyday happiness. The authors are Simone F. Baumann, Meret Glausen, Maou, Jill Pastore, Elizabeth Pich and Anna Sommer. They have created works that could not be more different. They tell of tender encounters, dubious self-care and pinching moments of happiness.

When you open the small boxes, the colourful stories in the different styles of the illustrators shine through a riso printing process. The limited and numbered editions are available at three former cigarette vending machines in Basel: at the Cartoonmuseum Basel, Klara and Literaturhaus Basel.
